NO Returns or Cancellations will be honored on Custom or Personalized orders, including when Custom/Not in Stock Fabric was requested and ordered

Sorry, but I will no longer be responsible for lost, damaged, re-packaged or stolen items once the tracking number was registered as "received" by USPS. I use the least expensive option to ship my creations in order to same my customers the cost.
If you would like to add insurance to your items, please let me know BEFORE you order, as this will affect the shipping price.

I will only accept a return or exchange on defective items. Must contact me with pictures of damage within 3 days after delivery confirmation was received.

I am NOT responsible for damage caused by shipping, not following care directions or misuse. I vigorously inspect my items prior to shipping and guarantee that they leave my shop intact, with working snaps, zippers, hardware, etc. If any damage occurs in transit, please file a complaint with USPS. Orders over $30 ship with regular insurance. Insured Priority Mail shipping upgrade is available.

"Change of heart", "paid too much", "partner does not like it", "patterns clash" are NOT acceptable reasons for returns. Please look at patters/images/colors carefully PRIOR to ordering

When I do accept return or exchange, buyer is responsible for return shipping with a tracking number. Upon return of items, I will examine them to make sure they are in the original condition, PRIOR to issuing discussed refund/exchange

When Free Shipping was used, the shipping label price and fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of Return To Sender packages, Buyer is responsible for purchasing the label to ship to the correct address.

I will only accept order cancellations within 24 hr AND prior to shipping label purchase/shipping notification sent. Please note I ship most Ready To Ship Items the same day.

Due to increased internet fraud, ALL order will only be shipped to the USPS verified address provided during the order placement. NO adjustments to address will be made after. Please double check the address at the time of placing your order. In case any changed need to be made, new order with correct address is required, and in such instance I will gladly refund the original order within 24hr cancellation window. Please note, All Custom Orders are final sale and will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

In instances when Free Shipping was used and the package was returned to the maker and/or the customer requested return/exchange, customer will receive refund of the item price minus cost of shipping label and processing fees. Customer is responsible for purchasing second shipping label within 7 days if address correction/exchange is required. This does not apply to custom orders. All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable
